EUROPEAN SHIPPING FLAT RATE

Shipping charges may vary of the destination and for this we have a European flat rate for all orders under 200,00€ which is 10,00€. 

All orders over 200,00€ will be free of shipping charges.

Please contact us for international orders and all countries out of the EU nation to get further Information’s on shipping and tax fees. 

Please think of your country own taxes that might be charged by your country. All taxes have to be paid by you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before or after the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount or order charge and will not be paid for, or reimbursed by MATIA BEACHWEAR.

PROCESSING TIME

We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Need to reship a refused or undeliverable package? A reshipping fee in the amount of the original shipping cost will be required. To avoid reshipping fees please double check your address prior to checkout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. MATIA BEACHWEAR is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

RETURN INFORAMTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Bikinis must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • No visible signs of use present including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • All tags must be intact and the bikinis returned in their original clear packaging.
  • The items must be mailed back in a fitting packing with the invoice included.
  • Padding must be correctly inserted into all tops
  • They hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.

An email will be dispatched when your return is processed. If you selected store credit the email will contain a gift card, if you selected a full refund the email will show your refund amount.

Please note: If you requested a full refund it will typically take 2-7 business days for the funds to show on your statement. 

SALE ITEMS

Pieces sold at a discounted rate are not eligible for return.

LATE RETURNS

Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at matiabeachwear.com. 

Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges (reduced items also) within 30 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package.

NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS

Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 

LOST & DAMAGED RETURNS

We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customer’s responsibility. MATIA BEACHWEAR will not reimburse additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please send your return back to the shipping address shown on the package label with the included packing slip marked appropriately. I you have any concerns please feel free to contact us before shipping back.

RETURNED/ REFUSED ORDERS

If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
